17. Chlamydia Infection in Swine
1) Red mottling and edema developed on the whole body skin of the aborted fetus. 2) Increase of thoracic and abdominal fluid, hemorrhagic spots on epicardium and enlargement of the liver seen in aborted fetus.
3) Swelling of submandibular lymph nodes (arrow) seen in aborted fetus. 4) Mononuclear cell infiltration around blood vessels of the kidney (HE staining).
