3. Infectious Laryngotracheitis of Poultry (ILT)
1) Open mouth, rattling and extension of the neck during respiration seen in affected chickens. 2) Blood-stained tracheal exudates (sputum) adhered to transportation cages.
3) Detention of bloody contents in the trachea. 4) Bloody and/or yellow whitish exudates in the trachea.
