Ibaraki Disease of cattle (Bluetongue-like Disease of Cattle) 1) Slight fever, sticky and foamy drooping of     saliva seen in diseased cow. 2) Backward water flow due to dysphagia     (difficulty in swallowing) of drinking water. 3) Persistant projection of the tongue tip resulting     from tongue paralysis. 4) Left (diseased cow): Looseness of the upper     esophagus wall and hemorrhages in its     muscle layer.Right: Normal control.
