5) Necrosis, hyperemia of hemorrhages, infiltration of cells and mutiplication of large size bacilli in mucous membrane of the small intestine

6) Colonies of Clostridium perfringens (5% egg yolk added CW agar media at 37°C for 24 hrs culture).

7) Bacteria of cultured C.perfringens (Methylenblue staining).

8) Lecithinase neutralization test: subjected to the isolates using paper strip containing Anti C.perfringens type A-toxin.
