13. Pyelonephritis in Cattle

1) Urine from Corynebacterium renale infected cattle. Left and right: turbid urine. Center: bloody urine.

2) Marked enlargement of the kindney having marked bumpy surface. Expansion of renal pelvis (pyelectasis) containing ample of pus.
3) Section of the kidney containing voluminous milky white pus in the renal pelvis. 4) Marked enlargement of the kidney (right) and swelling of the ureter seen in cattle infected with C.cystitidis
