5) Section of tumor formed at commissure of the lips. Abscesses containing sulfur granules in the center surrounded by proligerated connective tissues.

6) Section of the tongue: numerous whitish lesions resulted from proliferation of connective tissues around microabscesses.

7) Granulomatous lesions in the tongue:sulfur granules having clubs at the center, infiltration of neutrophils, and epitheloid cells at circumferance and proliferation of connective tissues at outer layer (HE staining).

8) Bacteria of Actinobacillus lignieresii (Gram staining).
