Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis (IBR, Infectious Pustular Vulvo-vaginitis, IPV) 1) Fever and accelerated respiration accompany-     ing nasal discharge. 2) Swelling (edema) of eye-lids and lacrimation. 3) Hyperemia of nostril, purulent nasal discharge,     foamy drooling of saliva, hyperemia of     conjunctiva and lacrimation. 4) Swelling of eye-lids and hyperemia of con-     junctiva.
